This week was a crazy week. (Sorry for the last minute quick email!) On Wednesday morning, we had a service project. While there, we had a little accident and Elder Moye cut my finger. I was told I needed stitches, but instead I just used super glue.  I told him he needed to be careful about karma and we laughed about it. Later that night, Elder Moye broke his pinky toe after he stubbed it on the door. So that night, we had a trip to the hospital that lasted until 3:30 in the morning. It was such a crazy experience and we made a lot of memories! If you have more questions, don't be afraid to reach out to my parents!! I was able to go on an exchange and saw Raheem for the 1st time in 4 months. We were able to talk about all the blessings that came from us finding him forever ago. We had two shifts working in the Temple Open House this week!!! Having a new Temple here is such an amazing expeirence. I have loved feeling the spirit there. Seeing people as they were touched by the spirit and feeling a confirmation of them feeling that spirit, has been a blessing. I have found myself seeing the spirit work through other people!  I have heard an amazing story about the temple. In one of the sealing rooms, there is a huge chandelier. Towards the end of the construction, when they were putting it up, the workers had a crazy experience. They had a machine that lifted the chandelier. Once it was lifted up, they realized that one little crystal was missing so they lowered it back down. They put the crystal in and went to lift it up but the machine couldn't lift it. It was too heavy! So they decided they would lift it up together. Once they did that, the machine started working and got it the rest of the way there. We had 3 temple trips this week!!! We worked two shifts for the open house of the Virginia Richmond Temple. The first started on Wednesday evening and it was amazing. I just loved feeling the spirit there. We were able to take some older people in wheelchairs through, it was a blessing. They are amazing and have great testimonies. Thursday morning Elder Moye and I got to the temple early and we were able to go inside when no one else was there and take a tour. We then got to sit in the Celestial room alone in a silent temple! What a miracle it was. I am so grateful for that experience. Sorry this email is a quick one I don't have much time. Saturday morning we got a text from Brenda (Angel's aunt) saying that they could go to the temple! It was the only day they could go! Another temple miracle. We had an amazing time with them and Brenda told us afterwards that she had to stop herself from crying before she walked into every room! Love, Elder Owens Pictures

I have no time to write this email so it's not going to be my best. I'm sorry. We had Zone Conference this week and it was amazing. I always learn so much from President Hutchison. He is a wonderful mission President and I feel very blessed to be serving with him! I asked him to give me a blessing to help me with growing my ability to speak Spanish. So he was able to do that for me at Zone Conference and it was an amazing blessing. I learned so much. In that blessing, he told me that as I study Ether 12, I will find more attributes and learn how to grow them. I studied every word of that chapter and it took me 3 days of studies to feel like I had gotten all I could out of the chapter. I highlighted and took notes and got lost in the study sauce. It was amazing. I invite you all to study that chapter and go into it with a question that you need answered. I have even less time now so real fast I'll mention General Conference. It was awesome.
